How Do I Book?
• To book one of the villas please find the
villa you wish to reserve and click Request
this Property. Fill in the booking request form as fully as
possible. The booking is not confirmed until we contact you to
confirm that the home is available and confirm the rate. At that
time we will send you a booking form to fill out, and our Terms
and Conditions to read. Please read the Terms carefully
and sign, completely fill out the booking form and sign. Please
fax back to us on: 321-939-2982.
How Do
I Pay?
• At the time of booking you will be asked
to leave a deposit of $500.00 to secure your booking, this can
be paid via MasterCard/Visa, Money Order/Cashiers Check or Personal
Check. Although for the deposit we suggest that you pay by credit
card to expedite the process; we cannot secure a booking until
the deposit payment is received and we cannot hold the home for
you on just a booking form.
• We will send you a credit card authorisation
form along with your booking form, you can fax this to us on the
number above, alternatively if you feel more comfortable please
call us with the information on: 321-939-2980. If you are sending
a check or money order please mail to: PO Box 470783, Celebration,
Florida 34747.
• On receipt of your deposit and booking form
we will send you a receipt letter to confirm your booking. The
remainder of your payment (the total rental payment minus $500)
is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will receive
a reminder that payment is due. Any balance which has not been
remitted within 30 days of your arrival date could forfeit your
booking and deposit.
Note:
Please also remember that most homeowners and management companies will require
a fully refundable security/damage bond to be held to insure against damage
to the property or it’s contents. This is typically an amount between
$200 - $300, which will be collected from you directly from the managers
of the property, on your arrival or during your stay. This deposit will be
refunded to you after the property has been checked following your departure,
unless there is significant damage or excessive cleaning has been required.
Please note that this amount and the terms, are between you and the management
of the home, and you must communicate with them directly concerning the bond.
Arrival & Departure:
• In general, arrival at the property (unless otherwise advised to you
in writing) should be after 4:00pm local time. If you arrive too early the home
may still be being cleaned and prepared for you and your key code may not yet
have been implemented for entry to the house.
• The property must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is subject to the following
cancellation charges:
• More than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date - full deposit.
• Between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your arrival date - 50% of the total rental
cost.
• Less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date 100% of the total rental
cost.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange your stay for an alternative week/s we will assist
you, exchanges are available up to 24 months in advance. Exchange’s
must be requested no less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date; Exchange
will not be permitted after this time. If your new dates are available we
will move your booking with no charge. If no other week/s are available you
may keep your original dates or cancel the booking subject to the terms above.
Limits of 3 exchanges are permitted before the final booking must be taken
or cancelled.

Additional Charges:
Please be aware that our charges are per night. Florida Tax of between 12-13%
of the total cost will be added to your total. Pool heating is an optional
extra at $25 per night. Please see section below. Extras such as Baby Items
or BBQ Grills are charged as optional extras. We will arrange to have these
items left at your property but payment for them is due to the management
company who supplied the items, and will be collected on your arrival or
during your stay. Typical charge for a High Chair and crib is $25 per week,
a BBQ Grill usually costs around $50 for a week rental.
Pools:
Pool heating is not included in the property rental rate and is an optional
extra charged at $25 p.night. Please request pool heating and it will be
added to your total. During the summer months June – September the
pool water will be comfortably warmed by the sun. It is advisable to have
the pool heated between October – May. If you like the pool water to
be very warm, or you would like to use the spa at a hot temperature you may
like the pool to be heated regardless. Use the pool at your own risk. Children
must ALWAYS be supervised. If any evidence is found of tampering with the
pool heating equipment it is not unusual that a penalty will be deducted
from your security bond/deposit.
Cleaning:
The listed Private Rental Villas are self-catering, cleaning is the guest’s
responsibility, although bathroom items will be left for your arrival, and
you may find other cleaning/washing supplies left over from the last occupants,
they will not be re-stocked. If you would like a mid-stay clean please contact
the management of the home, their contact details will be in a prominent place
at the property.
Maximum Occupancy:
Only the number of guests whose names are stated on the booking form may inhabit
the property during the agreed rental period, and the maximum number of occupants
that the property has been licensed for must not be exceeded for insurance
purposes. Actions such as these may seem minor but rental home licensing
regulations in central Florida are strictly enforced and failure to comply
could jeopardise the owner’s rental licence. Attempting to sleep additional
guests on the floor or on rollaway beds without permission could result in
the immediate expulsion of all guests from the property. Babies and children
in cribs do not count as additional renters, but they must be declared on
the booking form.
NO SMOKING
We regret that all of our homes are no smoking and no pet to preserve the condition
of the property. We request that you refrain from smoking inside the house
for the comfort of future guests and with respect to the homeowner. In most
homes an ashtray is provided for your use outside on the pool deck area.
Where damage is found resulting from smoking or pets inside or outside of
the house, a penalty will be charged to your security bond deposit. |
